I started my legal career as a police station representative whilst studying my law degree, and from there progressed to becoming a fully accredited solicitor primarily working in crime.

I then began work in family case work and have run a number of cases as a solicitor, ranging from care cases, divorces, financial matters relating to dissolution of relationships, cases involving third parties and property disputes.

I was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2011.

I act as a McKenzie friend because I recognise that there are circumstances in which people in court proceedings don’t always require the full suite of services a solicitor offers, but often can benefit from guidance and understanding of the legal implications of a given situation.  This also gives me the flexibility to assist a smaller number of clients, which gives me the ability to focus on those cases.
